1) How to order?

For your security and protection: We will first check the availability of products before we request you for any payment.

Via the Shop: Select the items you like and add to cart. After you place your order, please provide your shipping details and contact number.

Via Facebook and email: Please send us a message with your product choices, and please provide your shipping details and contact number.

2) How to pay?

We accept bank deposits through BPI or BDO. We also accept electronic payments via PayMaya, PayPal, and credit card via PayPal. We guarantee that our payment channels are secured.

3) I don’t have PayPal or credit card, how can I order?

Please message us via Facebook or email and we can determine a payment method that can meet your needs.

4) What are the shipping methods?

Next day delivery: Grab, Lalamove (please ensure that someone is present and will receive the item)

For 3 to 5 days delivery within Metro Manila: LBC, Cliqq, Xend

For 4 to 6 days delivery to Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao: LBC

5) What do I need to know about Shop N Squish products?

For squishies and mochis, these are not recommended for children below 3 years old. Reminders: Do not eat. Do not immerse in water. To clean, simply wipe with a damp cloth.

6) Do you accept bulk orders?

Yes! We give discounts on wholesale orders. Please contact us for details.
